INNER GROOVED TUBES

Inner-grooved tubes can be found in superior residential and commercial air condition units. The main purpose of these tubes is to enhance heat transfer between the medium inside and outside of the tube by having spirally-running grooves.

By having a larger inner surface, the heat transfer coefficient is 1.8-2.0 times higher than its plain tubes counterpart.
