Project Description

STAINLESS STEEL FLANGES

Size Range: 1/2 ” to 40″

Available Materials: SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L

Standard Case Size (mm) Manometer Type
Blind Round with all the relevant boltholes but no centre hole. Used mainly to close off the ends of piping systems and pressure valves openings
Weld Neck These flanges are ideal for extreme fluctuations of temperature and in environments where there may be high pressure or high temperature. Long tapered hub reduces stress concentrations at the base of the flange.
Slip-on Easily fitted or welded into different pipes. These flanges are better suited to lower pressure applications.
Socket Weld Attached by inserting pipe into the socket end which allows smoother bore and better flow of liquid. Mainly used for smaller sizes or high temperature applications.
Threaded Similar to socket weld, except the bore of threaded pipe flange has tapered thread which can be attached without any welding.
Lap Joint Often used for pipes with smaller diameter and suitable for situations whereby pipe dismantling is frequent.
Orifice Used in situations whereby an orifice plate or flow nozzle must be installed
